A UC Santa Barbara graduate, he’s structured thousands of transactions and regularly teaches advanced exchange strategies to professionals nationwide. Scott has authored two books and more than 200 articles, with contributions featured in The Wall Street Journal, Forbes, and U.S. News & World Report.
