A Fond Farewell to Lynne Bagby
Lynne Bagby, API’s New England Division Manger, is retiring. After over 11+ years as API’s 1031 exchange expert in New England, Lynne is transitioning into a future with lots of family time and relaxation. We will all miss Lynne’s professionalism, her 1031 expertise, and the value she brought as a member of the API Team.

"I’ve truly loved working in the 1031 QI industry for the past 25 years, especially the last 11+ with Asset Preservation, Inc., where I’ve had the privilege of helping clients achieve their real estate investment goals through 1031 exchanges. It’s incredibly humbling when new clients tell me they were referred by multiple sources-attorneys, agents, brokers, CPAs, financial advisors, and past exchange clients—as “the go-to for 1031 exchanges.” My greatest reward has always been knowing that my efforts helped clients make wise financial decisions. This has been a deeply fulfilling career, and I’m forever grateful to all who have chosen to work with me over the years."
