With more than 24 years of experience in the title and real estate industry, Paul brings deep market knowledge, trusted relationships, and extensive experience supporting complex transactions in Southern Nevada.
Paul continues to serve as Senior Business Development Officer for Stewart Title while expanding his professional focus with Asset Preservation. In this role, he works closely with Sarah Lindsay and the API team to support investors, real estate professionals, and advisors with 1031 exchange planning and execution throughout the Nevada market.
A longtime Las Vegas resident and proud UNLV graduate, Paul offers clients a strong combination of local insight, trusted title expertise, and access to API’s national 1031 exchange platform.
