We are pleased to announce that Maria Moskver has been appointed President of API, effective August 6, 2026.

Maria joins API from Cloudvirga, where she served as President since 2022, leading strategic growth, technology investments, and new product launches. She brings nearly 30 years of experience in consumer financial services, including two decades serving as a General Counsel and senior executive, with a background spanning financial services, technology, legal, and corporate strategy.

Maria's leadership and experience will help guide API into its next chapter while building on the trusted service, expertise, and relationships that have defined our company for more than 35 years.

Javier Vande Steeg, who has played an important role in API's growth and success since its founding, is transitioning from his day-to-day leadership role. He will remain involved with API and provide ongoing guidance and support to help ensure continuity throughout the transition.

Under Maria's leadership, API remains firmly committed to serving our clients and partners as a leading national qualified intermediary and continuing to provide the expertise, security, and exceptional service they have come to expect.
