Prior to joining API, Shanaé spent more than fifteen years in the real estate industry; seven years of coordinating sales cycles during real estate transactions and has worked as a Qualified Intermediary since 2012. She has facilitated thousands of various §1031 exchange transactions and is a frequent panelist and speaker for numerous real estate associations, podcasts and radio shows. During her career, she worked with many real estate agents from the commercial and residential sectors, as well as, mortgage brokers, financial advisors, and DST affiliates.
