For the last 18 years, Jolie Thomas has been a valued member of the API family and has provided thousands of clients with exceptional customer service while guiding them through their 1031 exchange. On May 1st, Jolie will be leaving API to further her career as a real estate agent. We truly wish Jolie the best in her future endeavor!
While it will be difficult to fill Jolie’s shoes, Sarah Khoury will do an excellent job! Sarah has been with API’s Commercial Division for the last 5 years working with clients performing some of the most complex 1031 exchanges. Sarah came to API with years of escrow experience and this experience combined with her tenure in the Commercial Division makes her an excellent choice to work with Jolie’s clients.
If you have a current exchange open with Jolie, Sarah will begin her Sr. Exchange Counselor duties on May 1st with Anna Marty as her Exchange Associate and Leslie Moodie as her Administrative Assistant.
